The rocket will carry an advanced earth observation Risat-2BR2, another ‘eye in the sky’ with all-weather and day-&-night surveillance capability, and 10 foreign commercial satellites, including satellites of Kleos Space, a Luxembourg-based company that provides radio frequency reconnaissance data-as-a-service. Risat-2BR2 will boost India’s surveillance capability from the sky amid the LAC stand-off with China. " . Looks like it is now first launchpad, was originally always going to be from second launchpad. With other reports stating that they want to launch SSLV from first launchpad by December and it takes about 30 days between launches, they may push for early Nov launch.
