The Australian Company controlled the Chinese assets through a HK company if my memory serves me right - HK would also need to be wound up - this is what I mean about people posting nothing on here - where are the relevant posts. If there is nothing to wind up it would already be wound up on the Australia side or an outstanding ASIC investigation if it was indeed fraud but that would leed them to HK which then would leed them to the 2 Chinese Subsidiaries. Can we get some relevant posts please that have something of an insight...
