Why would the current board want to remain as directors?
I mean, we know from the 2015 notice of AGM that they did so much extra work that they felt compelled to ask for extra remuneration as compensation for all the extra work they did.
And we know from the 2016 annual report that that held an extraordinarily excessive number of board meetings that financial year, about triple the number of a normal year for a normal company.
And then they have a group of a small vocal minority of shareholders driving the share price down because they don't think they are doing enough to unlock the value of this company, seriously, what a bunch of ingrates that small group of shareholders are!
Surely with all this the existing board would be busting down the door to get out! It's not like, for most of them, that it would impact their share investment in the company!
