I would have preferred that Mitsubishi acquire MMX rather than MMX's interest in Crosslands etc.
In the absence of the company being acquired in total, I want an iron-clad guarantee from the Board that the proceeds of the sale be returned to shareholders, otherwise I shall be voting against the proposal.
I don't want these clowns to have the opportunity to wreak further havoc on my wealth.
