I believe that this offer ($325 mill)...would have included in the detail that no further payment from Mitsubishi is due..in othere words it would be an offer for the balance of JHEP and OPR inc the residual payment otherwise due...so In effect mits are offering to buy whole of JHEP and OPR for #25 plus the 150 already paide...ie $475 mill.....Too Cheap...and not acceptable.....Feel sure this is to flush out others...lets hope it works....
