Opened in a nice position after the announcement but has not been able to go higher *after* coming out of the trading halt. Lots of shares have been bought and sold though, just more sellers than buyers out there.

lackluster market as looks for wildcat oil find in Ugandan jungle at its
Waraga-1 well. Follows find at Mputa-1 test well and is positive sign for
company, which will now look to see if it's a commercial find. Statement
optimistic, saying deeper oil find expected. Shares could see more upside, but
still risk associated with Mauritanian interests and government there trying to
claw back contract amendments. (MCE)
