    Cash was 22.4 m end of Sept
    sales this quarter 130k at a margin of 450 comprising of good chunk of investors and production I have assumed 50/50 .
    assumed 300 dollars on production sales and 600 on inventory . 58.5 m
    minus 18.5 m for ever thug else( high but Being conservative )
    62.4 m cash end of Dec
    33% cashed backed
    excludes everything else including Sizeable land holding worth 20m plus
