Yes, Ditch the loan, carried the company through the initial risk stages, cost of plant etc, premium of high interest rate and excessive conditions on closing out early. If the company needs a loan facility in the future (unlikely) the terms would be commercially and materially much better.
The current plan as said by management is to run to the term of loan and close.
