    Mugs lining up for the slaughter with institutions (sub-underwriters) getting 100m new shares at NZ 23c - guaranteed upside for them to sell in Oz and pick up 11 cents!

    The underwriters must be rubbing their eyes at wonderment at them Oz mugs!
