Had an auction in the block of flats I live in on the weekend and that was passed in.
Nice place-2 bedrooms, very close to public transport, 10 min drive from the city, 5 min walk to primary school and the auction started at $320,0000-but not a single bid!
There was only 3 or 4 people there at the auction who didn't live in the block either so definately low interest in the place.
Could be good news for the property bears out there....
