    I'm slightly confused.

    As a GNSPA holder, what happens if Gunns doesn't want to pay me my $100 Oct 14 2010? Can they just keep paying me 5% above BBSW rate for ever? It would be nifty if there was another step-up.

    Is it most likely that they will just give $102.50 worth of GNS shares?
