    the are caps underpinning 35c. and there are caps pinning the price down also. the sp cant move much. 1c each way at best. its been like that for weeks. the price has changed little.

    look at my signature for an idea of capping preasure. the preasre is from under as well. its not DT as there isnt enough movement. so who is it??? hope ASIC has a look at my complaint.
