SKG signalled this demise with its failure to deliver the 'Russian deal"

It was pointed out this deal had zero chance of happening and with this new deal of paying $42.5m for a company which maybe makes $2m serves notice SKG are in real trouble.

Going to the market to raise $20m.......and now at what price?

I suggested 20c jokingly and now 20c might be a huge price for a placement.

SKG is set to go sub 30c and anyone wanting to take up a placement will want at least a 25% discount to the prevailing share price IF not more.

There are too many red flags over SKG now.

Too many risks IMHO
