the stock fell 15% on 18 thousand shares. there are no buyers .the director is trying to back list his own company by using the soon to be shell of skg. with skg market cap of 5mil and this director wanting 20-35mil in skg shares the dilution on existing shareholders is great.he is obviously going after the tax loses accumulated by skg.dont give any more money to this capital raising.
