Synergy needs to make an announcement in the next few days or the share holder capital raising will not succeed.
Market price is currently below the "offer"price so offer is un-likely to be taken up by majority of share holders.
I agree with you senator,the $100k seller at 33 cents is there to keep market price below the "offer" price.
