The VWAP of the majority of the SOI is now just below this current price level, within pips (following historic high SP3 volume traded over the previous 10 weeks). I think that is quite literally the definition of the current price level being the consensus of the broader base of shareholders?

I see this as a normal consolidation period in between FA catalysts and major share registry changes, with a very thin sell side that isnt creeping down (the large majority of the sell side is actually at 10.5c and 15c, not from 8.8c to 10c)

After the SOI upheaval a couple of weeks ago (refreshing a previously stale registry and creating a strongly supported higher VWAP price level) if any major news drops acting as a catalyst I see this rerating deep into the teens. I see this as primed of a share registry as you can get, in stark contrast to your claim of a "current price level is still only a manipulation of certain traders".
