i agree its all down to execution - and I think there's been signs of improvement in that regard, with some larger contracts, a bit of an overseas expansion (without incurring additional cost structures of an overseas presence, which appears sensible) and a new website overhaul. Some new hires too to replace some personnel who I think were holding the business back from its potential.

I also concur with your views that execution to date has not been perfect, but I always come back to price - I'm not paying for perfect execution. Just slightly improved execution.

Plus I think the macro headwinds are abating and turning to some tailwinds. For starters, lockdowns in VIC receding, new infrastructure projects, residential construction (housing starts) will all be positives heading into the new year. A stronger AUD should also help an importer to pick up some additional gross margin.
