one thing i'd been worrying but never expressed, was whether the new captain's a good fit for that job (despite he was kept buying on market then). got such a concern then was for the reason that, normally in such start-ups we don't like the idea of hiring someone from a large organisation to drive it, because a minnow survives in a different way from that of a shark.
happy to say a little bit relieved at this stage.
