what should be the focus of your hard to comprehend is, why at that kind of magnitude the sp didn't break 10c.
cause if it's, or at least majority of them were, genuine buys and sells, that 28m strong volume should take the sp much higher.
might be some arrangement between parties behind doors, i'm just speculating at here.
