The announcement was 18/8 from IBG
The guidance on 45 days is provided in the official announcement but relates to the time taken for due diligence
It confirms the 45 days are business days
The due diligence should have been completed by now and the announcement goes on to say that the initial credit decision is expected Dec qtr 2021
