Not downplaying it by saying it was a remark, more that I've never seen it in context with a start date given, in the absence of that information, we don't even know if the process has started from EXIM's side. I agree with Praeliator that mostly they're taking their time, but also being Government they tend to be slow on things that are pretty straightforward - public servants don't get any benefit from working faster, and I doubt they're as keen for the outcome as we may be.

I agree, it could be any day now, I'm more certain it's sometime this quarter that we get a decision than saying it's next week.
