Interesting thing would be why IBG's project was designated as Section 402A, and to be the world's first project with this designation!
Was that to pave the way for Exim awarding IBG with the PPL shortly ?
I don't see why designate Citronen as 402A if it is not for eventually awarding the PPL.
So the question now comes down to when do we get the PPL - was it 45 days from the completion of the DD ?
According to the AGM presentation released yesterday - Exim's DD work has been completed if we know when it was completed we can make a rough guess on 45 days from DD
