Personally those are pie in the sky targets for me, I was just answering the question asked to @blackbyrdd. Personally I don't think we will reach market capitalization parity with NPV until full financing, but would be happy to be pleasantly surprised. Even hitting half of those targets after EXIM would make me a very happy investor lol - in from 2.1c and ready for whatever is to come.
