Given hindsight I would not been a 10+year investor but would have waited until today and purchased my current holdings for half what I have shelled out over time.
However I will leave looking behind you to those pharmas dragging their feet and turning to watch the Chinese catching up on them. Reminds me of a marathon runner who goes out too fast and fails to finish after being swamped by his competition.

Rather than hindsight I would prefer to use foresight to see what the future holds....I won't detail it all here because it has all been well listed in recent times but I can see that the timelines are certainly getting closer and I certainly have the expectation of some exciting announcements in the near future. Especially news that the bonking bunnies have collapsed with exhaustion and are ready for the rabbit stew...job done.
