Probably the best thing to do is ignore the noise.
I found it interesting that TYX were/are in the top twenty holders of KAI and now one of your board members has joined the KAI board too. Thats the second time KAI have had a TYX director join their team. Mr Finch being the first that I am aware of when he became the KAI chairman however he has since resigned.
