If they dont close a deal (whether its debt, equity or buyout) with hanlong, BMN may be asking for cash before the year is out, either that or they will be hardly doing any work at all, just paying the execs to be on holiday.
Look at their cash on hand position, its similar to what it was when they did the last round of financing.
