They may end up being offered a 10 or 20% stake at the TO price, maybe not the whole lot, with some kind of longer term sweetener.
That would keep BMN financed for some time to come.
The board and the major holders wont be itching to get rid of the company at 60c. They will try to come to a compromise to get support from the chinese without selling the whole lot for a song IMO.
That is UNLESS they do an andrew michaelmore, and sell out all the holders while lining up sweet new jobs working for hanlong.
Lots of possible outcomes at this point make it exceedingly hard to put a value on.
