    WTF , i own both CNP and CER and think they are both spot on . Bought in at sub 10cents , long term hold . I wouldn't try and talk up or down either. and for the pump and dump theory, my chart i posted on the break , pretty much summed up the share price , and close to the cent.

    DYOR , I wouldn't know , i follow lost puppies.
