Schedule 1 shows ownership breakdown behind Comply and who gets what Ip1 shares in deal. I assume the ex Pwc heavy Trent Lund has the Unlocked and Digital Niche holdings which add up to same holding as GJB which of course is Brasacchio
Schedule 6 my reading of is all shares issued are in escrow. That Includes Clinton Capital as they are deemed an Associate
