It is pretty obvious by now with what has been happening with other companies such as ABC, Centro, etc etc that ASIC won't do bugger all.

If you work for the gov dont take offences - but the people that work as ASIC are gov employees, and from my dealings with them have quite limited qualifications and motivation - they are rarely going to be able to nail anyone.

Look at the companies that are going belly up all the time.
