    Morning Pfizer,

    I have done some thinking how to break the standoff and turn over the complete share registry into YES voters:

    - Offer proposal increase to 25c plus 1 Pfizer share per 700 ResApp shares ( 49US x 1.49 Exchange rate = $70; $70 / 700 = 10c)
    - That equals 25c cash plus 10c in paper = 35c value

    In my humble opinion this should make the share price rocket to 30c, where many holders might exit, and hand their shares to the YES voting arbitrage dudes.
