@ozgoldtraderI don't think you can blame others for acting furious and also the stand-off situation. Pfizer or the BOD did not play fair from very beginning. How could Pfizer offer 11.5c and then 14.6c? That is ridiculous/insulting and then the BOD backs BOTH up???? The first one we can say it is because the BOD has to lure Pfizer, but what is the excuse for the second one except incompetency and selling us short? Share holders just feel betrayed by the BOD. Basically, Pfizer and the BOD asked for it.
We Aussies are a bunch of stubborn fellows. We sometimes fight for what is right not just what can benefit us. Australia has recently stood up for many bullies and we fought for both World War I and II not because they really affected us much. It was simply because that was the right thing to do. So those magically appeared new posters, whether you are paid by Pfizer or not, please stop trying to scare us or bully us, it just simple won't work and make the situation much worse. I personally see the price go up from 8c to over 50c, then go down all the way to less than 5c. I did not sell. So if this time, Pfizer does walk away which is very unlikely, I will survive too.
Others did provide solutions such as Pfizer to partner up with RAP or Pfizer just leaves us alone. Do you think it is funny? Pfizer and the BOD wanted to scare us by saying that Pfizer will walk and now SH are furious and ask them to leave? Karma is a B.
I think majority of the SH now do know Pfizer wants us and won't walk. I also believe if Pfizer wants to buy us, it is inevitable, it will succeed. Unfortunately, that is the reality.
Your solution is also a possible solution. However, 25c cash plus 700 RAP shares per Pfizer share is not going to work for me which values us at 35c. The high end of the IER price is 28c, plus 5c for sleepcheck FDA approval. 5c for recent patent approval in Japan and Australia, and the other 2 catalysts. The fair value for RAP should be 38c. Then Pfizer needs to pay 10% premium for us which will be around 41c. I have my reason to insist we need to be valued for 41c for your cash n paper solution. Because current Pfizer share price is $49, however, if it is going to release another 1.2mil shares, the price will definitely fall and that is why I have to insist for 41c. If it is cash, 35c to 40c might work.
Again, hold tight and good things will happen. Also DON'T BE BULLIED INTO SILENCE. if you don't stand up for yourself, no one will. So please vote NO.
