The depth of the pockets is my concern. We have all seen these capital raises result in the insto dumping their stock after they hit their set profit goal and we just spin our wheels share holders as they dump and they all do. Their dumping shatters support levels and lowers resistance ceilings. With a deep pocket partner we avoid this heaache after every cap raise. Just my 2 cents.
