Is that true?

I've never been involved in a cap-raise with that structure, but it seems really interesting psychologically.

i.e. In the intervening days...

Buying on market: you're purchasing shares + the opportunity to get more at a discount* w/ free options.

vs

Selling on market: jettisoning the above.

As such, I could imagine the SP performing decently as we approach the future record date (if that is indeed the plan)? Guess we'll see
