I've never been involved in a cap-raise with that structure, but it seems really interesting psychologically.

i.e. In the intervening days...

Buying on market: you're purchasing shares + the opportunity to get more at a discount* w/ free options.

vs

Selling on market: jettisoning the above.

As such, I could imagine the SP performing decently as we approach the future record date (if that is indeed the plan)? Guess we'll see

I assume no one has shared the full document (or pasted the text, sans watermarks) on here? I didn't see it if they have.

I'd love to read it early, because I likely won't have a chance tomorrow morning New job - get the tiny violin out, etc, etc.
