Welcome back, GC! I would have missed your newsy posts had you remained gone! And yes, GC, NHC had gone up to $5.20 and plummeted ex-dividend, never to see that price again- it's currently @ 4.95- probably not a bad buy and hold, but it's a bit tedious, that one. It is a good example of one that failed to increase and fall by the dividend amount.
DrPwu, I've checked out CSR and it's an interesting one- very much like old Sippy, really. I'll be very interested to see what happens with that one. I have it on a watchlist- it could be worth a short-term punt at some time, but it and SIP are twins in terms of selling off the valuable assets and seeing if the market responds to the ca$h that can be received from such sales.
