Ugh, DrPwu- I hate share consolidations. They are, in most cases, terrible for a company share price. They are like some kind of pretense to the market that the SP is $1 instead of what it really is, but the market always remembers. I think they should be banned. :P Who knows- one days SIP could reach the dollar mark itself, without having to double the SP and halve the share holding through consolidation.
nice anticipatory share price rise today. Then, on a positive announcement, we'll get more "relief" SP rise on Monday, I figure. Then, if the dividend is not announced, we might get more anticipatory rise towards the announcement of that. Possibly some linger in SP in-between, but it should all be sweet. I'm hoping they don't announce the dividend on Monday, or the SP will just move close to that, whereas I think we can do better until then.
