IMO, from recent media reports, I'd say there's every chance that more people will not want to go into a retirement facility and at least try to spend more of their final years in their own home.
Regardless, I think, right now, opportunity for new customers to enter retirement accommodation is about zero so possibly those now 'staying' might be considering their options. And, I'd say, that's not going to change any time soon.
It could be (this is only my guess) that the goverment might come up with some kind of plan to help them stay at home - at least, longer.
I've been in and out of this stock since IPO, as it didn't seem to be going anywhere - I'm back in now, after the .9c announcement that directors had bought in on-market, then the arrangement with Harvey Norman commercial happened - so, already I',m up about 50% - unless it slides back.
I sense that the SP is in a bit of limbo and think the current slide-back might be profit-taking. I also think it wouldn't take much of an announcmenet for it to go to .2c + and ... hey! ... that could be another 25% in fairly short-order.
Or - it could be that this slides back all the way to, say .9c. before it comes back. I don't think it will go lower - but like all people still holding, I have confidence it will bump again.
