Got to disagree Glotch. Announcements will have to be made prior to EGM so that shareholders are informed enough to vote on whatever issues are to be put to the meeting. Much of the news will be printed in the notice of EGM and therefore will need to be announced prior to the mailout. I think we will hear something very soon as early as tomorrow or later this week.
I believe Peter Stedwell is away until mid next week but think they can make announcements without him being here if they want to.
