Moyanous, good post & I think you are right on the mark. I actually think sale of some assets is a better scenario for share holders than new capital as I agree dilution at the current s/p wouldn't be attractive to anyone except the new investor. If they managed to offload approxiamtely 1bln of asstes I think this would be enough to appease the Aussie banks & yes I think the good Dr is well capable of pulling this off.
