you must remember the SP not only reflects history but also anticipates the future
so phase 1 and phase 2 are already built into the current price, albeit with a probability of technical and financial performance
when we start to ship and given price stability or recovery the SP will rise very quickly aided by unwinding of shorts and i think the PE will be forward looking more like 15 since we have Duncan and Crown to come
technical performance is happening now, financial will start to be revealed in quarterly report to June 2013
