Red 5 was a simple company before this "merger", with a known trajectory. Gold production was known, debts were known, paydown was at a predictable rate, and the future could be calculated. The future for this "merged" mish mash might be bright, but it lacks clarity IMHO. And shareholder communication is so far zero. More predictable opportunities elsewhere ergo sellers
