gives us breathing time to implement all opex tasks as well.
No need to CR for CY 2021,unless fast track other projects.
The funding for future production plants,will be a combination of Debt(low int rates)/Government Subsidies/Grants
and likely JV participation from our major customers(who want exclusivity/priority of our bespoke product)
