Yep I think it's that simple. Smedvig is like any other investor, they invest and have an exit strategy. I'm sure they are happy with returns they have achieved in less than 5 years holding.
TLG is now ready for next steps in the journey. Smedvig is not critical in any way to the business. It will be interesting to see who picks up their shares, and also on institutions that participated in the last CR.
