Thankyou jonesy for telling me what I was doing - funny thing is that NEVER even occurred to me. The only thing I saw was a rubbish combination of information and I called it that and until someone proves otherwise it will remain that.
You are right there is more property on the market now than before - that is not a rubbish statement. Is there a net oversupply/undersupply of dwellings vs Australian population well nobody has provided ANY evidence to indicate it one way or the other.
