i don't know if you guys remember that there was "alleged" shortage of 80 000 dwellings 'cose that was the exact number of people that were 'sleeping rough' (homeless) !
as preposterous as that claim was...even if we 'housed' all those homeless now there would still be 290 000 of 'roofs' on sale !
so...nobody on the street AND 290 000 houses more !
