who is saying that they are empty ?

they can obviously be sold...somebody doesn't need them but whether they are empty or not...who knows that?

or...why would it be important if they are empty?

they are on offer and are contributing to an avalanche of property for sale that is mounting !

avalanches tend to 'release' their power by going down !

but you can also betya' that many of them are empty (even though it is not important)
