" Cromwell Property Group (Cromwell) has today announced that despite receiving significant interest

from strategic, institutional and retail investors, given current market conditions, it will not proceed with
the registration of the Prospectus for the Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT) in accordance with the
timetable previously indicated to the market.
“Cromwell continues to believe in the quality of CEREIT’s portfolio, its investment thesis, and the
exposure it provides to improving European real estate fundamentals,” said Cromwell CEO Paul
Weightman.
Cromwell will re-assess the situation in conjunction with key stakeholders and strategic partners, and​

will provide a further update in due course. "

1) '...despite receiving significant interest ' - this signals something good !
2) '....given market conditions...' - this signals something bad.
3) '...will provide further update in due course. ...' - this says may be CANCELLED indefinitely,....


How abt all the fees put in till now and will need to be paid ?

I'm confused,...
