Cromwell has made few mistakes since GFC, its core business was run very successfully by hands on management of building assets but fund management is different and all does not appear as it should be. Making mistakes, not good.
Not all fish in the sea are similar, board needs to realise this.

I'm surprised that the board did not do a thorough analysis of the Singapore environment before attempting this,.. now expenses have been incurred, and no listing. I wonder if after some fine-tunings, will the listing attempt be restarted ?
