Can't say they weren't aware of HC when paying to have advert on it!!
It is in the ASX listing rules that company must monitor social media and be aware of how informed the market is in the same way they must be aware of reports by brokers etc.
I hope some of the more regular posters who have led the MUS discussions are submitting letters to ASX and ASIC as without direction in asking clear concise questions of MUS and confirming the highest tendered price for remaining lots (ie market price validation) the market is significantly misinformed as the ruby traders have sen the lots and know the value of the whole inventory ( bid accordingly) and the shareholders and rest of marketplace do not know the value of remaining inventory. Ruby traders are also aware of which lots sold. This is not gold it is ruby with so many variables.
very hard to have informed shareholders with ASX rules in a gemstone market as you hardly want to declare publicly quality size and quantity of inventory pre auction. @Hardrock25 @wombat777
